链条输送式施肥系统装置及试验

摘要:

针对我国有机变量施肥机在变量施肥过程中排肥量不准确、抛撒不均及有机肥变量施肥机缺乏的问题,采用变量施肥技术,设计了一款链条输送式精准变量排肥机构。通过分析有机肥输送过程中肥料的运动及受力分析,建立了埋刮板宽度与两个之间的间距及焊接在马蹄链的倾斜角度关系方程,并进行了EDEM仿真分析。对于同一施肥量,选择闸板开口大小为5、10、15mm这3组数据进行田间试验。结果表明:链条输送式精准变量排肥机构排肥效果较好,在动力为14k W、闸板开口大小为5mm时,实际施肥量与预置施肥量相对误差最大值为7.6%;闸门开口大小为10mm时,实际施肥量与预置施肥量相对误差较小为2%,能够较好地满足实际生产要求,为我国有机肥撒施机研究提供技术支持。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of inaccurate amount of fertilizer, uneven throwing and lack of fertilizer manure in the process of variable fertilization, the organic variable fertilizer manufaturing machine designed by variable-rate fertilization technology, designed a chain variable precision fertilizer delivery mechanism. By analyzing the movement and stress analysis of fertilizer in the process of organic fertilizer transportation, the equation of the width of the buried scraper, the distance between the two and the angle of inclination of the horseshoe chain were established, and the EDEM simulation analysis was carried out. For the same amount of fertilizer, select the opening size of the gate 5,10,15 mm these three sets of data for field trials. The results showed that the chain variable precision fertilizer delivery mechanism had a good effect on the fertilizer discharge. The maximum relative error between the actual fertilizer amount and the preset fertilizer amount was 7.6% when the power was 14 kW and the gate opening size was 5 mm. Is 10mm, the relative error between the actual fertilizer amount and the pre-applied fertilizer amount is less than 2%, which can better meet the actual production requirements and provide technical support for the research on organic fertilizer spreading machine in our country.
