Mechanical Properties of Plug Seedlings of Different Vegetables Associated with Automatic Transplanting

摘要:

以黄瓜、辣椒、茄子穴盘苗为研究对象,通过夹苗拉拔试验测试分析穴盘苗钵体与穴盘孔穴的黏附特性,采用平板压缩方式研究钵体抗压特性,并对幼苗茎秆和叶子进行拉伸破坏测试。试验表明:在穴盘苗自动移栽过程中,夹取针夹紧钵体的夹取力主要用于克服穴盘苗钵体与穴盘孔穴的黏附力作用;在同等的育苗条件下,黄瓜、辣椒、茄子穴盘苗的夹取力大小依次为辣椒>黄瓜>茄子;不同穴盘苗钵体的抗压能力相近;与辣椒、茄子穴盘苗相比,黄瓜幼苗更容易拉断,3种穴盘苗叶子拉断破坏强度相近。在设计取苗机构、夹持器和推苗装置时,应考虑必要的避苗措施,以提供更多的空间让出幼苗植株。

Abstract:

The cucumber, pepper and eggplant plug seedlings were used as experimental objects. The adhesion characteristics of potting seedling bowl and hole hole were tested by the pull-out test of seedling seedlings. The compression behavior of pot was studied by plate compression method. Tensile and leaf damage test. The experiment shows that during the automatic transplanting of plug seedlings, the gripping force of the clamp clamping bowl body is mainly used to overcome the adhesion of the plug tray body and the hole of the plug cavity. Under the same seedling raising conditions, the cucumber , Pepper, eggplants plugging capacity of the order of pepper> cucumber> eggplant; different plug seedlings bowl pressure capacity is similar; compared with pepper, eggplant plug seedlings, cucumber seedlings easier to pull off, 3 Seedlings of seedlings break the breaking strength similar. When designing seedling harvesting facilities, grippers and seedlings, consideration should be given to avoiding the need for seedlings to provide more room for seedlings.
