连铸小方坯表面横裂的机理及控制措施

Mechanism and Control Measures of Surface Transverse Cracking of Continuous Casting Billet

摘要:

根据安铜第一炼钢厂近几年的连铸生产实践,分析连铸小方坯发生横裂的原因,主要有振动参数、二次冷却、拉速、保护渣的性能及操作等影响因素。通过采取相应的措施,使方坯横裂废品率降到较低水平。

Abstract:

According to the continuous casting production practice of the First Steel Works of Anyang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. In recent years, the reasons of transverse cracking in continuous casting billet are analyzed. The main influencing factors are vibration parameters, secondary cooling, drawing speed, properties and operation of mold flux . By taking appropriate measures to reduce the rate of cross-billet waste to a lower level.
