旋流喷头的特性和用于溅渣护炉的分析

摘要:

通过流体力学测试和冷态模拟实验,证明旋流铸铜喷头(三孔或四孔)具有良好的特性。安钢和酒钢使用旋流喷头后,化渣效果好,起渣时间提前1~2min,冶炼过程平稳易控制,不易发生喷溅,供氧时间缩短近3min,耗氧量降低5.75m3/t。从冲击动力、喷溅量和流股特性等方面分析了旋流喷头的优点,可以满足溅渣护炉的要求,并能够提高溅渣的均匀性和效果。

Abstract:

Through the fluid mechanics test and the cold simulation experiment, it is proved that the swirl copper nozzle (three holes or four holes) has good characteristics. Anyang Steel and Jiuquan use swirl nozzle, the slag effect is good, the slag time 1 ~ 2min ahead of schedule, the smelting process is stable and easy to control, easy to spatter, oxygen time shortened nearly 3min, oxygen consumption decreased 5.75m3 / t. From the aspects of impact power, amount of splashes and flow characteristics, the advantages of swirling nozzle are analyzed to meet the requirements of slag splashing protection and to improve the uniformity and effect of splashing slag.
