摘要:

本文描述了用于言语障碍患者特别是由脑卒中引起的失语症及构音障碍患者的计算机辅助言语矫治系统。计算机生成的易被患者接受的听觉、视觉提示及反馈是替代一部分人工矫治工作的主要手段。该系统采用多字端点检测、人工神经网络等语音处理方法实现了非孤立词、不定人实时语音识别。临床试验表明计算机辅助言语矫治不仅具有疗效而且该系统对言语能力的评测也是客观和可靠的。

Abstract:

This paper describes a computer aided speech correction system for patients with speech disorders, particularly those suffering from aphasia and dysarthria caused by stroke. Computer-generated auditory, visual cues and feedback that are easily accepted by the patient are the primary means of replacing part of the manual correction. The system uses multi-word endpoint detection, artificial neural network and other voice processing methods to achieve non-isolated words, indefinite real-time speech recognition. Clinical trials show that computer-aided speech therapy is not only effective but also that the system's assessment of verbal ability is objective and reliable.
